Hi Ellie,
Thanks for coming to see me today, attached are some classes for you to do, I want you to start with he two classes above, then move onto the EquiSTRENGTH classes in the academy here.
If you work through the EquiStrength classes from class 1 onwards, ideally 2 or 3 classes a week, if theres one that is specifically challenging then repeat it until it feels a little easier before moving to the next.
If you want to really double down you can also follow the Riders Balance course in the academy, and integrate the Equistrength classes into the days off, you'll find the course here.
This should keep you busy until I see you ridden in July.
