As a member of Easton Harriers PC you get access to these rider alignment sessions and courses that you can do at home in your own time.

All you need is a space where you can stand up and lie down, some comfortable stretchy clothes and your computer/iPad/phone to watch the videos on.

Improve Your Seat Course

If you know you have a crooked seat, if you struggle with "going with" your pony or horses movement, if you struggle with maintaining a still leg position, or your toes turn out when you want them to point forwards, if you feel like you want a deeper more independent seat, by following this 6 week course you will be exercising the correct muscles to help even your seat out &  create more range of movement.

Improve Your rider Balance Course

Proprioception is a key part of balance and your riding, it is how your brain understands where you are and space and what muscles to fire to keep you balanced and on your horse. If you've ever looked back at a video of yourself and thought, I didn't realise I was leaning forwards/backwards or I didn't realise my leg/hands moved, these are signs that your proprioception could be slightly out of alignment. This course will improve this, help you stick those bucks 😉 and spooks and help you to feel more even on your horse.
