About this class
A thirty minute session that will help you build a stronger body that suitable for riding, this is purely strength work and complements the Equistretch side of the academy. What you'll need for these classes: 2 x hand weights (1kg or 2kg for getting started we don't want too heavy that you loose alignment and just end up muscling it out with your shoulders, that won't build core, it will just hurt your back and damage your shoulders) If you don't have hand weights a bottle of water will be ok Resistance band Pilates Ball/small football/cushion Balance board Join me for the lives every Tuesday and Thursday 9am - 9.30am or catch the recordings in the link above Move Better, Breathe Better, Ride Better
