It doesn’t have to be perfect, it doesn’t have to be clean, you just have to try. It’s easy to put pressure on ourselves to constantly be doing better, improving and finding perfection. But in the end practice whatever it is is better than nothing at all.
Practice doesn’t have to mean physical either, it means mental too, where not given an attitude of gratitude we have to practice it, we’re not given an openness to love, we have to practice it, and sometimes we wobble and sometimes we slip up but ultimately the more we practice without pressure but through curiosity and enjoyment we will move forward
